- For newly exchanged tickets has a lower price than the booked ticket, the company will not refund the price difference from the previously purchased ticket, after deducting the ticket change fee (the fee is based on the previously purchased listed fare).
- For newly exchanged tickets has a higher price than the booked ticket, customers must pay the price difference, including the ticket change fee (the fee is based on the previously purchased listed fare).
- The cases eligible for ticket changes include changing departure time, ticket class, passenger information (name/date of birth/ID number), changing routes (itineraries), and seat numbers. Except for the case of VIP upgrades, there is no ticket change fee, and customers will only pay the fare difference.
Refund
- The cases eligible for ticket refunds (cancellations): Customers have purchased a ticket but no longer wish to travel and request a ticket cancellation for a refund.

Ticket refund and exchange requests should be made within business hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

- In case customers miss the ferry (tickets have passed the departure time): The company supports canceling the old ticket with a fee of 20% of the listed fare purchased, provided that you have to buy a new ticket for the next trip.
*Note: Customers must contact the ticketing staff within 30 minutes from the departure time of the ferry. If, for any reason, the customer cannot continue the journey, the ticket fare will not be refunded.
- In case the ferry operates during holidays, festivals, or when it is fully booked (sold out), any requests for ticket cancellations or changes to the itinerary (such as changing routes, times, or dates of travel) on the booked tickets will be charged 100%.
Regulations for procedures when boarding the Ferry
Customers are kindly requested to comply with the following regulations to ensure a smooth check-in process:
- Passengers must present personal identification documents as required by law, including ID card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport/Driver’s License/Industry Card, etc. For children, a birth certificate is required as per regulations.
- Sit in the correct seat position displayed on the ticket.
- Be present at the dock 30 minutes before the departure time.
- For each ticket, customers are allowed to carry up to 20kg of luggage. For excess baggage, customers must pay the fee as per the company’s regulations.
- Customers are responsible for their carry-on baggage. The company is not responsible for lost, or damaged luggage.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any prohibited items or goods on board the boat according to the regulations of current laws, such as prohibited goods, weapons, drugs, chemicals, explosive materials, goods with a foul odor, dangerous goods, etc.
- Passengers are only allowed to move around within the boat cabin. In case of any danger due to violation of this regulation, the company will not be responsible.
