Refund, exchange, and changing ticket information policy
Our company is always ready to support and provide the most favorable conditions to our customers. Customers have the right to change their name and trip at least 24 hours before the ferry departure time, provided that the change can be made. Please refer to the details below for more information.
After successful payment, the electronic ticket will be sent to the customer’s Zalo account. Please inform the company immediately if you do not receive the electronic ticket. If no response is received within 24 hours before the trip departure, we will assume that the customer has received the electronic ticket via Zalo.
We are not responsible in case of delayed or missed trips due to incorrect information provided by customers, or in case customers do not notify us of not receiving the electronic ticket via Zalo, or in case customers do not want to use the electronic ticket.
In case of ticket exchange/refund:
- Refund method: bank transfer (The refund will be returned to the account used for the previous payment, within 10-15 working days depending on the type of card).

- Customers are kindly requested to comply with the following regulations to ensure a smooth check-in process:
- Passengers must present personal identification documents as required by law, including ID card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport/Driver’s License/Industry Card, etc. For children, a birth certificate is required as per regulations.
- Sit in the correct seat position displayed on the ticket.
- Be present at the dock 30 minutes before the departure time.
- For each ticket, customers are allowed to carry up to 20kg of luggage. For excess baggage, customers must pay the fee as per the company’s regulations.
- Customers are responsible for their carry-on baggage. The company is not responsible for lost, or damaged luggage.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any prohibited items or goods on board the ferry according to the regulations of current laws, such as prohibited goods, weapons, drugs, chemicals, explosive materials, goods with a foul odor, dangerous goods, etc.
- Passengers are only allowed to move around within the ferry cabin. In case of any danger due to violation of this regulation, the company will not be responsible.
