- We will send you confirmation when we receive your booking service, and you can choose which payment is the best for you: we accept cash or payment via paypal. We collect the payment in advance.
- The price does not include 10% VAT, the escort, tour guide, and 30% surcharge on Sept 02nd, Apr 30th, May 1st, March 10th on the lunar calendar and 03 days of Lunar New Year.
Cancellation and changes to bookings by the renter
- Cancellation or changes to bookings must be notified to us by message or email, call by the renter as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us.
- The renter may cancel the booking before departure a day without incurring any fees. If the renter cancellation is made within 24 hours before the departure time, it will be charge 50% at the price.
- Please note: renter cancellation is made within 7 days before the departure time on national holiday in Viet Nam Sept 02nd, Apr 30th, May 1st, March 10th on the lunar calendar and 03 days of Lunar New Year. It will be charge 100% at the price.
Cancellation and changes to bookings by us
- Very rarely, we have to make changes and correct errors in advertised and confirmed details and also cancel confirmed bookings which we must reserve the right to do. We will notify you of cancellation as soon as possible.
- We may have to make a change or cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic jams, extreme weather, natural disasters, the suppliers that work with us cannot provide the service, etc. We will also notify you of change or cancellation as soon as possible.
