Cancellation Policy

For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement.

More than 45 days prior to trip departure. Cancellation fees will be charged for issued flight tickets, issued visas, transfer, and according to hotel policies. Otherwise cancellation will be charged according to the following schedule.

Days prior to pax arrival Cancellation charge:

  • 10 or more days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
  • 3 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of total tour price.
  • Within 72 hours before arrival: 100% tour price.
  • 100% of the tour price will be charged for cancellations during holidays of festivals.
