In 1928, Mr. Pham Tu Quy mobilized the local community to restore the temple, renovating it in the architectural style of the Chau Phu Temple.

In 2000, Binh My Temple was designated a provincial architectural and artistic monument, and it was upgraded to a national level in 2014, receiving special attention from the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to affirm its historical and cultural value.
