06:15 AM: Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market during its busiest hours. We cruise slowly to observe the authentic local trading and enjoy a traditional rice noodle breakfast right on the boat.
07:30 AM: Visit a traditional noodle house to see the craftsmanship behind the famous Mekong rice noodles.
08:15 AM: Switch to a slower pace. Our boat paddles through small, authentic canals, immersing you in the quiet beauty of fruit orchards and riverside life.
09:45 AM: Walk to Muoi Cuong Cocoa Farm. Meet the local artisan, explore the cocoa garden, and learn the unique handmade chocolate-making process.
11:30 AM: Have lunch near the reserve to recharge.
